Twisted Orchid is a family-owned and operated company based in Chicago. Our company began as a small labor of love between the founders, but has quickly become the leading destination for stylishly chic, high quality handbags & purses.

Is it safe to shop on your website?
Twisted Orchid places the highest value on your privacy and security. We take the protection and take the proper use of your personal information seriously. We take great care to safeguard information in our possession.
We do not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) with any outside parties. We may only disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, or to protect your rights or the rights of Twisted Orchid as required by law.
Even within Twisted Orchid, we restrict access to your information only to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from our company.

Do you sell to wholesale buyers?
Twisted Orchid offers wholesale pricing for resellers with a valid business license or reseller's permit. Please contact email@example.com to receive access to our wholesale pricing.
How would you rate the quality of your bags?
If you came to Twisted Orchid expecting to buy a $200 to $2000.00 designer calfskin bag, then we aren't the store for you.
And if you came to get a bag for $12 that might fall apart on you in two months, then you'll also want to look somewhere else.
But if you came to shop for reasonably priced bags that are both stylish and well-made, with keen attention paid to durability and construction, then Twisted Orchid is your perfect match.
Our bags may not be very expensive, but we treat them like they are - we only choose to carry products that are made with quality-tested materials and hardware. So while you won't be paying exorbitant prices for our bags, you can still expect to receive merchandise that is held to higher standards of quality and craftsmanship.
What is faux leather?
Over 50% of the merchandise that we carry is made from the highest grades of faux (or synthetic) leather.
Faux leather is a synthetic polyurethane material that reproduces the feel and durability of genuine leather. Many prefer faux leather because it is washable, requires very little maintenance, and is not derived from any animal products. And best of all, the faux leather on most of our bags is soft to the touch like real leather - so close that our customers report they can barely tell the difference!
Are your bags knockoffs?
Twisted Orchid does not sell "knockoffs."
The term "knockoffs" is generally used to describe counterfeit items that illegally use the trademarked logos or brand names of popular designers.
Although some of our products may have design elements that are loosely inspired by other designers, none of our products will ever illegally bear the trademarked logos or brand names of any other fashion houses. Twisted Orchid will never try to pass our products as those belonging to someone else.
What are the benefits of free registration?
Registering for aTwisted Orchid account login is free and convenient. With your own account, you can store your shipping information for faster checkout, view your order history, and add bags to your wishlist to share with friends.
If you have forgotten your password, you may reset your password and have a new password sent to you via email. Just follow the "reset password" link.
If you are still unable to login, you will need to call us during peak business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm PST) and have a customer care representative help you with accessing your account.
Why can't I see my previous orders?
Any order that you placed prior to registering for a Twisted Orchid account will not be displayed in your order history.
How much is shipping?
Standard Fed Ex Ground shipping is $FREE inside the continental US.
International orders or orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc. incur an additional surcharge.
