If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund on the items purchased. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us for authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. Your refund will not include shipping charges. Your refund will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All product exchanges should include the original invoice and be mailed to the address noted above. Please send us an email right away to specify the style and color you would like to exchange your handbag for so we can place the new bag on hold for you.

You have 30 days from the day that you receive the package to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US.
Here are the details of our policy:
- We will credit you the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US. International exchanges will incur standard international shipping fees.
- All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.
- ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, AND/OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ITEMS WITH THE TAGS ALTERED OR REMOVED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.
- MERCHANDISE MARKED AS CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. (Clearance items are items found in the CLEARANCE section of our website.) If you return a Clearance item, Twisted Orchid has a right to refuse the returned package at customer's cost.
- If the item that you ordered was already damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 48 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.
Easy Return / Exchange Procedures:
- You must arrange your return or exchange within the 30-day period specified above.
- Simply complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Make sure to enclose the invoice and the return item(s) in a securely sealed box.
